PLEASE HOLD has written and directed by Phil Hawkins for Dreamworks/Fox TV's American TV programme, ON THE LOT. The TV programme, produced and created by Steven Spielberg gave filmmakers tasks to make a different kind of film each week. Phil, the director was the only British director to make it to the finals, eventually getting knocked out in the last 18.
