I was asked to remix the Avalon Way song See Me Down to provide a b-side for the single, released by Acorn Records. I wanted to completely rework the whole song, so I cut up the drums, voice and guitars and used some instruments to do things that they normally aren't associated with. For example, the guitars were used to create pads and drones, and the voice is used in a percussive way throughout the track. I re-sampled the drums to create a electro beat, dropping in some off-beats to make it sound more glitchy and, well, weird. The voice has been cut up crudely for the same reason.
